Hi! My name is Kate.

Growing up in the Bay Area, fighting the the focus on health for purely looks is real. However, I have found that true health comes from moving your body in enjoyable ways and eating intuitively are key for a long, sustainable and healthy lifestyle (not to mention it’s far less of a headache).

My hope is to help you discover the physical and mental health benefits from listening to your body and discovering new ways to keep it moving well through playful exercise and intentional eating.
